Oracle

The shell itself is a reference to China's oldest form of recorded writing which were on the underbelly's of turtles shells, known today as the Oracle Bones. 

富甲天下 (fù jiǎ tiān xià) - is a playful idiom that literally means to be the richest in the world.  It doesn't have a deep history or connection like some idioms.  Just a fun saying.
