This is a brother pot to the Lemon Cake tea pot, and a parent of the Lemon and Blueberry Tarts. We have seen a few cute orange shaped gaiwans, or moon teapots that look like exactly oranges or moons, but are highly impractical to use.This blueberry inspired pot is different.It not only looks like a fat blueberry, but it pours like a teapot should.
The glaze is soft and thick with little golden flecks to accent the piece.The spout is short in a way that suits the piece, and the handle is large enough for an easy grip.The spouts slight downward twist at the end ensures a clean pour.
At 180ml this is a fantastic party pot, great for three to four people sessions or more.
