This piece is even more beautiful in person; I only have one other Gaiwan, and its my first item used for Gongfu tea that I acquired. I have a tea pot that I love (Leviosa) and its wonderful, but I wanted to try a gaiwan and see if I did like it. This Gaiwan is so beautiful, and pours wonderfully. I love the saucer is comes with, and each piece is so obviously handmade, its wonderful. I got the Onyx version, and the inky black is so unique, but i have no doubt, the cobalt blue one will also be beautiful. I was hesitant because of its price, but in my opinion, its been worth every penny. This is now my new favorite piece, and may be for a long time.
