I went with charcoal and love it. The texture contrast of the risen platform for my teapot vs the smooth basin is a joy. Great for displaying my teapot when not in use too. Very tempting to try the cloud with my next order.

What's not to like with a name like "Perfect Storm." I am absolutely loving this little vessel. Like a drenching rainstorm passing through, it captures all that excess runoff like a dream without the fuss of having to clean up spills or wring out your towel from all that excess. I have been using this on the daily with no signs of stopping and my teapot also loves it's dedicated space. The cushion is also an excellent companion to provide a soft foundation for your teapot. Here's to more perfect tea sessions! As Dart would say, "It's time to go drink more tea!"
