Glass is always our preferred brewing vessel for green tea, as such a delicate tea fears too high of temperatures, and glass has superior heat dissipation properties.We also prefer to use a gaiwan to brew our green tea, as the fragrances and flavors subtly transform from infusion to infusion.
We are particularly thrilled about the pastel purple glaze used for the lid and the saucer, as if you haven’t noticed, purple is kinda our color.The glass itself allows the leaves to shine, no matter what tea you’re brewing, it's always shown and showcased clearly.
