2025 Phoenix Short Stack | 300g

Featuring our first three Phoenix Oolongs. 

While no one asked for more types of tea, we just long Phoenix (dancong) oolongs too much to not carry some. 

Yes, we know it's not typical to see phoenix oolongs pressed as cakes like this but we just couldn't resist the convenience for packing and storage.  

Due to the roasting, these are more brittle than say the Sweet Sippin which you can easily wiggle free with your hand, so this would be one of those instances where we would recommend actually picking up a tea pick. 

Now, since these are pressed, you may be wondering about aging. These like most oolongs will be best in between green teas (which you want to drink within the year) and other aged teas like pu'er that you may keep for as long as possible. 

All that's to say these will be good and get better for the next couple years and we'd be surprised if you're drinking them to get to that point where they'll lose some aroma and taste.
